Duration: 5 days plus exams on sixth day

Content: How to perform CPR, PR and how to treat a choking person.
Duration: 2 hours
Validity: 3 years    

Spinal Alignment:      Click to enquire
Content: How to treat and immobilise a patient with a spinal injury. We also cover other injuries normally associated with contact sport.
Duration: Normally 6 hours, but may vary due to number of students.

Save a Life:      Click to enquire
Content: Condensed Level 1. This course teaches the bare basics in how to save a life. No tests are written. Students receive an attendance certificate
